From welcoming guests at the door to preparing delicious meals and delivering orders, each role plays an important part in keeping our restaurant running smoothly. Whether you’re interested in hosting, cooking, serving, bartending, or delivery, we have opportunities to match a range of skills and experience levels.
The host is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting and seating them, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. They also handle waitlists and provide menus, maintaining a smooth flow of guests into the dining area.
The server takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. They are knowledgeable about the menu, make recommendations, and handle payments, all while providing attentive and friendly service.
The food runner assists in delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented well. They may also help with setting up tables and clearing dishes, supporting the servers in maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment.
The bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating a welcoming bar atmosphere. They are responsible for mixing drinks, managing the bar inventory, and providing excellent customer service while engaging with patrons.
The cook prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. They ensure food quality and presentation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and may assist in menu planning and inventory management.
The phone order taker handles incoming calls from customers, taking food and beverage orders accurately. They provide information about the menu, process payments, and ensure that orders are communicated effectively to the kitchen for timely preparation.
The delivery driver is responsible for transporting food orders from the restaurant to customers’ locations. They ensure timely and safe delivery, maintain the quality of the food during transit, and may handle cash or electronic payments upon delivery.
